【ハロウィンのお菓子🎃】可愛いかぼちゃクッキーの作り方・レシピ How to make easy pumpkin cookies
ばら撒きにもバッチリの可愛いかぼちゃの形のクッキーを作りました！
実際にかぼちゃを使っているので優しい甘さ！

材料
かぼちゃ（皮なし）80g
無塩バター 50g
粉砂糖 35g
塩 ひとつまみ
薄力粉 100g
アーモンドパウダー 30g
かぼちゃの種 適量
【作り方】
１、かぼちゃの種と皮を取り除き、適当な大きさに切ります（動画参照）
２、耐熱容器に入れてラップをし、600Wで4分加熱します。
３、フォークで潰します、冷蔵庫に入れておきます。
４、室温に戻した無塩バターをゴムベラで滑らかになるまで練り混ぜます。
５、粉砂糖と塩を加えて、さらに練り混ぜます。
６、潰したかぼちゃを加えて混ぜます。
７、薄力粉とアーモンドプードルをふるい入れてさっくり切るように混ぜます。
８、生地を適量手に取り、丸めて爪楊枝でかぼちゃの形にします（動画参照）
９、かぼちゃの種をトッピングします。
１０、170度で２０分焼きます。

【Halloween Treats🎃】How to Make Cute Pumpkin Cookies – Recipe
I made these adorable pumpkin-shaped cookies perfect for handing out!
They use real pumpkin for a gentle sweetness!

Ingredients
Pumpkin (peeled) 80g
Unsalted butter 50g
Powdered sugar 35g
Salt a pinch
All-purpose flour 100g
Almond flour 30g
Pumpkin seeds as needed
【Instructions】
1. Remove pumpkin seeds and skin, then cut into manageable pieces (see video).
2. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes.
3. Mash with a fork and refrigerate.
4. Using a rubber spatula, knead the room-temperature unsalted butter until smooth.
5. Add powdered sugar and salt, then knead further.
6. Add the mashed pumpkin and mix.
7. Sift in the all-purpose flour and almond powder, then mix lightly with a cutting motion.
8. Take a portion of dough, roll it into a ball, and shape it into a pumpkin using a toothpick (see video).
9. Top with pumpkin seeds.
10. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes.
