if you start now in the next 20 minutes you’ll have the best chocolate chip cookies of your life and you don’t even need an oven or a hand mixer all you need to do is combine the seven basic ingredients listed in the caption until you form a medium soft dough now scoop out balls of the cookie dough and refrigerate them for half an hour but if you’re impatient like me then just go ahead and air fry them for 7 minutes you’re super gooey and delicious chocolate chip cookies are ready with those gorgeous puddles of melted chocolate and if you don’t have an air fryer don’t worry because you can bake them in the microwave at half power for 90 seconds they won’t turn out as perfect as the air fried ones but they’re still so good for those midnight Cravings so if you go ahead and top a warm freshly baked cookie with some vanilla ice cream and indulge yourself I’m definitely not judging

No Oven Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted salted butter
3/4 cup caster sugar (I used half white & half brown)
1 large egg (or 2 – 3 tbsp milk)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chunks

– In a large bowl mix together the butter and sugars till smooth
– Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix till well combined
– Add all the remaining ingredients and make a medium soft cookie dough
– Now scoop out 14 balls from the cookie dough.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes (optional but recommended)

Baking Options

– Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake for 8 to 12 minutes (depending on your cookie size)
Bake in a preheated air fryer at 175 C for 6 to 7 minutes (gooey cookies) or 9 minutes (crispier cookies)
– Microwave at half power (I used 60 Watts) for 70 to 90 seconds. Must consume these immediately

* store frozen cookie dough balls in a ziplock bag in the freezer for upto 3 months. Bake whenever required!
