This recipe makes a very milky and rich green tea pudding. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. There are some key points here and there, so please enjoy to the end. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Milk, cream, sugar, condensed milk, matcha powder, powdered gelatin, water, molasses. First, as for the cream, we will use one with 35% animal milk fat content. Can substitute vegetable whip for this one. Vegetable whip gives a cleaner taste. Use animal cream for a richer finish. And the sweetness will be sweetened this time with sugar and plus condensed milk. By adding condensed milk, the sweetness becomes richer and milky. If you do not have condensed milk, you can substitute sugar. In that case, add 3 tablespoons of sugar. And I would like to make it with molasses instead of caramel this time. Can use caramel here if you like. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s start making it. First of all, we will dissolve the gelatin. Put the water in a heatproof container first. Then heat this in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 40 seconds. Heated for 40 seconds. This time I heated water in a microwave oven, but of course you can prepare hot water in advance and use it. Then you put the gelatin in this. Then mix this well to dissolve the gelatin thoroughly. I think it’s very cloudy now, but as it dissolves, it will become clear. Let’s mix it well until it gets to that point. OK. Mix properly like this until the gelatin grains are gone and the mixture is clear. Then leave this one like this until you are ready to use it. Now let’s add molasses to the pudding cups. This time I will use 150 ml pudding cups. Can use your favorite container to make this one. Then put the molasses in this. Keep this much molasses in it. Next, make the dough. First, put the matcha powder in a heatproof container. Then add the sugar along with it here. Mix this well once. Mixing with sugar first like this helps the matcha to dissolve nicely. I put in 10g of matcha this time, which is about 1.5 tablespoons. That’s about how much you should put in. When well mixed, add a little milk. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of milk. Then mix well. First dissolve in a small amount of milk. Once the whole mixture is blended in this way, we heat this one in the microwave. Heating makes it easier to get rid of the matcha lumps. Heat this in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 20 seconds. Heated for 20 seconds. Then mix well. Then mix well so that there are no lumps of matcha. Don’t have to be that strict because you will strain it at the end. Well, let’s mix it well up to a certain extent. This is OK. Then add condensed milk. Then mix well. When well mixed, add milk here. Then mix well. And when well mixed, add the cream. And mix well. After mixing nicely like this, warm the dough once in the microwave. Warm it up to roughly human skin. If gelatin is added while the mixture is cold, gelatin grains may form. Now heat this in a microwave oven at 600 watts for 1 minute. Heated for 1 minute. Then mix well again. If the mixture is at human skin temperature at this time, it is OK. If it is still a little cold, try heating it a little more. Then add the melted gelatin to the mixture. Then add the gelatin to the mixture and dissolve it. And mix it well. OK. Then I would like to strain this dough once. By straining, I can remove a little bit of matcha and other ingredients that are not fully dissolved yet. If you don’t mind, you can skip the straining step. Then I strain the dough here. I think it is better to strain it properly because there is a lot left at the bottom like this, so the finish will be beautiful. Then mix lightly. OK. This will result in a very smooth dough. Then prepare another bowl of ice water. Then, place the bowl over the ice water to cool it down a bit. This way the dough will not separate and will come out beautifully. The dough is easily separated after hardening when using cream, so the dough is chilled in the bowl and hardened afterwards, mixing the dough like this until the very last minute. This will make it less likely to separate. But be careful not to overdo it, because if you do too much, it will harden in this mixture. Be sure to stir while chilling. OK. If the temperature is now about room temperature, it’s OK. As a rough guide, you can see that the mixture is slightly thickened like this. It’s okay if the consistency is a little bit loose, not too thick like this. Then try to get it to about room temperature. Then remove it from the ice water. Now I will put this one in the container. Let’s put it in this one. Put it in this way. Now put the rest in the same way. I put it in the container. This time it will be for 3 150 ml pudding cups. Please use this one as a guide. Then I put this one on the bat and put plastic wrap on top. Then put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to harden. I just chilled it for 3 hours. Remove wrap. As you can see, it’s very pulpy and very tasty. Now you can squeeze some whipped cream here, toppings, etc., if you like. This time, I’m going to finish it as is. It’s done. Then chill the dough until it is about room temperature, placing it in a little ice water before placing it in the container. If you chill the dough too much, it may harden in the bowl, so just be careful not to chill it too much. This way, the bowls will not separate when chilled and will be beautifully finished. And as for the sweetness, you can adjust it to your liking. I also put molasses in this pudding, but this milk pudding by itself is very sweet and tasty.
