Cinnamon, Banana & Peanut Protein Shake Recipe

Creamy, nutty, and packed with protein to fuel your morning.

• 1 ripe banana
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 2 tbsp rolled oats
• 1 tsp honey
• Pinch of salt
• 200–250ml milk or cold water

Blend up straight after your workout and sip straight from your Blast & Go cup.
