This time we made baked cocoa churros, perfect for homemade Valentine’s Day, and covered them with matcha chocolate and pink chocolate.
They are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside and very tasty.

[Ingredients]
(Cocoa churros dough)
2 Eggs
A – 50 g : Cake flour
A – 50g : Bread flour
A – 14g : Cocoa powder
160g : Water
68 g : Butter
1g : Salt
Salad oil

Baked in an oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.

(Matcha chocolate)
100 g : white chocolate
10 g : matcha powder

Matcha Powder Uji hikari
