Avocado toast is for 2021, introducing spicy yolky beer bread
In a small non stick pan, I sautéed chopped jalapeños and halved heirloom cherry tomatoes.
I fried two eggs with s&p in the pan with the vegetables coming until the eggs were over easy.
I sliced up my beer bread (see other reel) – but it’s a box mix where you only need to add oil and beer. I fried a slice of this in butter then topped it with the eggs and vegetables.
The spice level was great, flavor packed and the yolk helped with the crumblyness of the bread.
