Ingredients:
Orange Chocolate Mug Cake Base:
4 tbsp (80 gr) yogurt of choice
2 tbsp (40 gr) mashed fruit of choice I used pumpkin puree
1/4 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 tbsp sweetener of choice I used Good Good Brand stevia
A scoop of protein powder of choice I used ANS Performance (or 1/4 cup flour of choice)
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp psyllium husk I used @rootalive
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp of milk depending on the consistency

Filling:
10-15 gr orange chocolate I used @lindt 100% dark orange chocolate

Orange topping:
2 tbsp pumpkin pure (for color) or orange
1 tsp powdered or liquid sweetener I used ANS Performance keto-friendly maple syrup
10-15 drops of orange extract

Directions:
1. To make the orange mug cake base combine all ingredients in a mug or ramekin.
2. Add the chocolate filling on top of your batter and microwave for 75-90 seconds. Or bake in an oven at 350F/180C fpr 12-15 min
3. Meanwhile, make the orange topping by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
4. When your mug cake is cooked top with your orange sauce and enjoy!!!
