《材料》
薄力粉…120g
グラニュー糖…50g
牛乳…60g
卵…1個
サラダ油…60g
ベーキングパウダー…5g
いちごパウダー…20g
いちごジャム…25g
いちごチョコチップ…15g
コーティング用いちごチョコ…70g
コーティング用ホワイトチョコ…70g
オイルスプレー(無い場合はサラダ油等を塗ってください)

《作り方》
①ボウルに卵、グラニュー糖を入れ混ぜる
②牛乳、サラダ油を入れ良く混ぜる
③薄力粉、いちごパウダー、ベーキングパウダーを振るい入れ、混ぜる
④いちごジャム、いちごチョコチップを入れざっくり混ぜる
⑤シリコン型にオイルスプレーをし、生地を流し入れる
⑥上から数回落として空気を抜く
⑦170度に熱したオーブンで15〜20分焼き、十分に冷ましたら型から出す
⑧コーティング用チョコ(テンパリング不要チョコ)を50度程の湯煎で溶かす
⑨シリコン型にチョコを流し入れ、すぐに⑦を乗せる(チョコが固まってきてしまうので)
⑩冷蔵庫で十分に冷やしてから型から外す

※コーティング用チョコレートではないチョコレートを使う場合は、テンパリング(温度調節)をしてください。型から外れやすくする為です。
※ご家庭のオーブンの種類により焼き時間が前後する場合があります。様子を見ながら焼いてください。

《Ingredients》
120g pastry flour
50g granulated sugar
60g milk
1 egg
60g salad oil
5g baking powder
20g strawberry powder
25g strawberry jam
15g strawberry chocolate chips
70g strawberry chocolate for coating
70g white chocolate for coating
Oil spray (if not available, coat with salad oil, etc.)

《Directions》
① Mix eggs and granulated sugar in a bowl.
② Add milk and salad oil and mix well.
③ Sift in flour, strawberry powder and baking powder and mix well.
④ Add the strawberry jam and strawberry chocolate chips and mix well.
⑤ Spray a silicon mold with oil spray and pour the batter into the mold.
⑥ Drop the dough from the top a few times to release the air.
⑦ Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15 to 20 minutes and remove from the molds when cool enough to handle.
⑧ Melt the chocolate for coating (tempering-free chocolate) by boiling water at about 50 degrees Celsius.
⑨ Pour the chocolate into the silicon mold and immediately put ⑦ on top (the chocolate will harden).
⑩ Refrigerate until cool enough to handle before removing from the mold.

※ When using chocolate that is not used for coating, please temper (adjust temperature) the chocolate. This is to make it easier to unmold.
※ Baking time may vary depending on the type of oven in your home. Bake while keeping an eye on the oven.
