After years of hearing about the burnt Basque cheesecake, originating from La Viña in Donostia-San Sebastian, I finally got a chance to try it. I followed a recipe from Basque Country by Marti Buckley, and it came out really well! In this video, I’m tasting a slice and giving my thoughts on this unique dessert from the Basque Country.

  1. One of my favorites to make! So simple and only 5 or 6 ingredients! Make some blueberry sauce to put on top!
