甘酸っぱい♪ホール型の「レモンアイシングケーキ」の作り方～lemon icing cake

●材料
たまご：3個
グラニュー糖：50ｇ
バター：15ｇ
牛乳：20ｃｃ
薄力粉：85ｇ
粉糖：70ｇ
ポッカレモン：適量

●作り方
①卵を割ります。冷たくても常温でもどちらでも構いません！
②グラニュー糖を加え、熱湯を注ぎ、湯銭しながら泡立てます
③生地の温度が35～40度になるように調整します
④新しいボウルをセットし、バターと牛乳を入れ、しばらく放置します
⑤薄力粉をダマにならないようにふるいます
⑥ゴムベラでサクッと混ぜ合わせます
⑦溶かしバターに生地を少量入れ、混ぜ合わせます
⑧生地本体と混ぜ合わせます
⑨ホール型15ｃｍにクッキングシートを敷き、生地を流し込みます
⑩菜箸で生地をならします
⑪予熱しておいた160℃のオーブンで45分間ぐらい焼きます
⑫暖かいうちに方から取り出します
⑬粉糖にポッカレモンを調整しながら加えます
⑭溶かした粉糖をすべてケーキに載せます
⑮スプーンで表面をならします

●Material
Eggs: 3
Granulated sugar: 50g
Butter: 15g
Milk: 20cc
Soft flour: 85g
Powdered sugar: 70g
Pokka lemon: Appropriate amount

●How to make
① Crack the eggs. It doesn’t matter if it’s cold or room temperature!
② Add granulated sugar, pour boiling water, and whisk while bathing.
③ Adjust the dough temperature to 35-40 degrees.
④ Set a new bowl, put butter and milk in it, and leave it for a while
⑤ Sieve the cake flour so that it does not become lumps.
⑥ Mix quickly with a rubber spatula
⑦ Add a small amount of dough to the melted butter and mix.
⑧Mix with the dough itself
⑨Place a cooking sheet on a 15 cm hole mold and pour the batter into it.
⑩Smooth the dough with chopsticks
⑪Bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for about 45 minutes.
⑫While it’s still warm, take it out first.
⑬ Add Pokka Lemon to the powdered sugar while adjusting.
⑭ Put all the melted powdered sugar on the cake
⑮Smooth the surface with a spoon
