【ズボラクッキング】 冷凍パイシートを使った簡単アップルパイ作り 秋映使用 Easy apple pie making using frozen pie sheet
手間をかけずに簡単にアップルパイを作ってみました。
冷凍のパイシートを使っての調理です。
長野県の「秋映」というリンゴを購入した時にものすごく美味しく、あまさと酸味のしっかりとしたりんごでアップルパイにぴったりだということだったので一つ作ってみました。
このりんごで作ったりんごのコンポートは最高に美味しかったです！
ただ作った時に砂糖を多く入れすぎてしまったので、甘さもかなりすごいことになりました。
冷凍パイシートを使ったので、調理時間はおよそ20分程度です。
それに加えてオーブンで焼く時間が15分から20分程度かかります。
作業時間がとても少なく簡単に美味しいアップルパイができたのでおすすめ。
今回のオーブンの温度は250°c にして20分ほど焼いたと思うのですが、ちょっと焼きすぎてしまった感がありパイシートが乾燥気味にしやがってしまいました。
パリッとした食感とふわっとした感じの両立を目指したのですが、それはうまくいかずパイ生地を美味しく焼くにはもう少し勉強が必要だなと反省したところです。
全体的には美味しいアップルパイに仕上がったので良かったと思います。
とにかく調理時間を短く簡単に美味しく自宅でスイーツを作れるのはいいところです。
時間のある時に自宅で美味しいスイーツを自分で作ってみるのも良いのではないでしょうか。

I aimed to achieve both a crispy texture and a fluffy texture, but that didn’t work and I regretted that it took a little more study to bake the puff pastry deliciously.
Overall, I think it was good because it was a delicious apple pie.
Anyway, it’s nice to be able to make sweets at home easily and deliciously with short cooking time.
It might be a good idea to make delicious sweets yourself at home when you have time.
