Matcha Snowball Cookie || 抹茶スノーボールクッキー

KitchenAid Measuring Cups
1cup(237ml)
1/2cup(118ml)
1/3cup(79ml)
1/4cup(59ml)
Preheat: 340F/170C
Bake Time: 16 minutes
Ingredients:
113g (1/2c) Unsalted room temperature butter
45g (1/3c lightly packed) almond flour
1T vanilla extract
128g (1c) flour
40g (1/3c lightly packed) almond flour
8g (4tsp) matcha
2g (1/4tsp) salt
2T corn starch
3T powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, stir your room temperature butter until it reaches a creamy consistency
2. Pour in your powdered sugar with your butter
3. After you stir your ingredients, add in your vanilla extract
4. Sift in your: Flour, Almond flour, Matcha, salt, corn starch
5. Fold your ingredients in using a cutting motion with the spatula
6. After everything is mixed, go in with your hands clumping the dough together.
7. Wrap your dough in clear wrap and cool in the fridge for 1 hr
8. Wait 15 minutes for the dough to be more malleable after being in the fridge.
9. Use 1Tbsp for each cookie
10. round out each cookie before laying it on parchment paper
11. Bake for 16 minutes
12. Pour powdered sugar in a Ziploc bag and put your baked cookies inside
13. Gently shake your cookies in the bag coating it with powdered sugar
