UBE BURNT BASQUE CHEESECAKE

Baked at 425 degrees F for 1 hour

Ingredients :

3 cups of cream cheese or 750 grams in total
1-1/2 cups of white granulated sugar
6 large whole eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt ( optional)
2 cups heavy cream / whipping cream
8 to 10 drops of Ube flavour extract ( optional)
1/2 cup cake flour or all purpose flour

Use parchment paper to line your baking pan.
Please let it cool completely before serving or chill overnight in refrigerator.
