クリームチーズ 90g
砂糖 30g
生クリーム 100g
牛乳 25g
ヨーグルト 25g
レモン汁 少々
バニラオイル 少々
◎牛乳 30g
◎ゼラチン 5g
オレオ 6枚

冷蔵庫で5時間程

90g cream cheese
30g sugar
100g fresh cream
25g milk
25g yogurt
a little lemon juice
a little vanilla oil
◎ Milk 30g
◎ Gelatin 5g
6 Oreos

1. Dissolve gelatin in milk
2. Mix cream cheese and sugar
3. Add fresh cream little by little
4. Add milk and yogurt
mix each time
5. Add lemon juice and vanilla oil to taste
add and mix
6. Add softened gelatin and mix
7. Place half of the Oreos on the bottom and pour the cheese mixture on top.
Cover with the remaining half of the Oreos and chill in the refrigerator.
