LOW CARB AND KETO FRIENDLY HAM ,EGG, AND CHEDDAR CHEESE MUFFINS WITH BROCOLI FLORETS

6 SLICES OF HAM
6 EGGS
3 OZ CHEDDAR CHEESE
1/2 CUP BROCCOLI FLORETS
1/8 TSP SALT
1/8 TSP BLACK PEPPER

Add slice of ham to each muffin cup
Add broccoli FLORETS to each cup
Add cheddar cheese to each cup
pour equal amounts of beaten egg
to each cup
note: I had a little leftover ham,so I sliced it up and added to the top of each cup.
Baked in oven at 350 degrees for
15 to 20 mins until golden brown on top and egg is thoroughly cooked.
