Ingredients:
7 frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 scoop protein
1/2 tsp chia seeds
3/4 cup ice
1/2 cup almond milk

Instructions:
1) Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
2) Blend until thicc!! (may need to shake a lil bit)
3) Enjoy 🙂

  1. Question for people who are into fitness. What protein shake brand would you recommend? One that's preferably pre made, blender has died on me this morning.

  2. I’ve been trying to make this for days and I don’t understand why mine won’t come out thick.I’ve tried adding less/more ice/milk and I make sure my fruit is frozen rock solid. The closest I got was when I put it in the freezer but the milk froze as crystal and the feeling isn’t creamy
