    I’ve been seeing so many cookie mukbang especially with the crumble cookies. So here’s my take on the crumble style cookies.
    .
    First, I created my cookie dough. I used chocolate and vanilla box cake mix. And just use half cup of vegetable oil and 2 egg to create the dough. If it is too runny just add half cup of flour.

    Then came the 1st fun part. Adding flavours. The flavours were.
    – chocolate cookie with chocolate ganache
    – tiramisu flavour
    – chocolate and peanut butter
    – birthday cake
    – cookies and cream
    – Victoria sponge
    .
    So for chocolate cake I didn’t add any flavour.
    But with the vanilla one I did use crushed cookies and cream biscuit for cookies and cream flavour and added sprinkles to make the birthday cake flavour.
    .
    Then came the 2nd fun part. Adding the topping.
    .
    – chocolate ganache made with dark chocolate and melted in oat milk.
    – tiramisu flavour- chocolate cookie topped with coffee cream and dusting of coco powder.
    – chocolate and peanut butter- just melted peanut butter on top of the chocolate cookie and bit of the chocolate ganache
    – birthday cake- vanilla cookie with sprinkles topped off with icing and more sprinkles
    – cookies and cream- topped off with icing and crushed cookies and cream biscuit
    – Victoria sponge- vanilla cookie topped off with fresh cream and fresh raspberries
