既得権益の一つである医療業界はETAが多いです。

私は広島で看護の専門学校を卒業した後、東京都小平市の国立精神神経医療研究センターに就職しました。その後東京西徳洲会病院、東京高輪病院へ転職しました。私はすべて病院の寮で生活していましたが、すべての病院の寮で監視カメラを付けられていました。医療従事者は個人情報を大切にするよう教育されているはずですが、できていません。彼らはそもそも常識がありません。

先生は何故私が全くプリントに書いてないことを知っていたのでしょうか。私は実家でも監視カメラを取り付けられていたため、先生は私が課題プリントをやっているかどうか分かっていたのでしょう。学校教育をする先生（看護師）でさえ、善悪の分別がつかず、生徒をいじめます。

看護師の仕事はそんな給料多く貰う仕事ではないと、私は思います。排泄の世話に抵抗無かったらほとんどの人が出来る。もしあなたが医療施設に勤務する看護師だったら、薬配って、食事介助して、バイタル取って、胃瘻を流して、皮膚薬を塗って一日が終わります。

2人の看護師で足りる仕事量でも看護師が５人配置されていたりします。一方の施設にいる老人は、朝ご飯食べて、トイレ行って、寝てテレビ見て、昼ごはん食べて、トイレ行って、テレビ見て、おやつ食べて、テレビ見て、夜ご飯食べて、トイレ行って、寝るだけです。
こんな良い生活はありません。理想的ですね。老人は若い介護士に排泄の世話してもらって、悠々自適です。そして時々老人は痰が詰まるふりをします。

そして病院と施設を行ったりきたり。同じグループ内の病院と施設を回ってベッドの空きを埋めます。
看護師で患者が若くて、命切羽詰まった仕事してる人ってごく一部です。では、患者が老人だったらどうでも良いのかと言われそうですね。冷静に考えたら医療は別に生産性のある分野ではありません。研究してる人もいるけど。現状ではほとんどの医療人が、生産性のない人に生産性のない仕事をし続けているとも言えます。

この業種の人達と患者の入院費のお金の出所は税金です。このことに対し、当事者達自らオカシイと思わないのでしょうか。おそらく彼らは現状を維持したいのでしょう。彼らには住宅ローンもあるし、この世界の外に出たら大変だって分かってるから出たくないため、権利、正当性を主張します。

創価学会の加計学園と大原家は岡山県倉敷で学校法人・医療法人を経営しています。私は倉敷に近い福山で看護師をしていたことがあります。実態は、医療人口が過剰で必要のない治療をしている人がいます。生産性のない老人に介護をしている若人が多くいるのが実態です。若人から老人まで税金を食いつぶしているだけです。
