It’s autumn, and that means it’s the season for persimmon. (or “kaki” in Japanese) I wanted to share a fun and easy recipe for persimmon cake! It really is so simple. I hope you enjoy cooking this at home. 🤗
Ingredients:
1 Persimmon
2 Eggs
40g of Butter
1 Cup of Flour
4g Baking Powder
1/4 Cup of Sugar
Fruit liqueur (of your choice!)
