【簡単お菓子】ダブルチョコレートクッキー / 混ぜていくだけ / サクサク美味しい!

If you want to make cookies similar to shortbread, you should use powdered sugar. Mix well. Mix slowly at first. If you start mixing fast from the start, you will end up breathing sugar. It happened to me. I warned you but I showed a bad example. People forget important basic things when they think they are getting better. Be careful. It is getting mixed well. Keep mixing until the powdered sugar is mixed well. Add an egg. Mix the egg before adding to the butter mixture. It’s okay to add all at once. First, you might panic a little because the egg and butter mixture look like they don’t mix. Mix until it’s mixed. Don’t give up. Let the magic happen. Add 120g of all purpose flour When adding flour, add it as shown in the video. So you don’t have to sift the flour. Add 20g of cocoa powder. Add 30g of almond powder. When adding the dry ingredients, form layers. Add 20g of corn starch. Now, a smart person like you knows what you need to do. That’s right. FORM LAYERS. Can you tell why we are forming layers? You can decide how much chocolate you need. After the chocolate is mixed, rest in the fridge for 30 mins. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the dough on the baking sheet. Flatten the dough to about half an inch. X2 When I first came to the US I didn’t become homesick, but I missed Japanese food so much. So, like most Japanese people I started cooking a lot of Japanese food by myself. Foods I usually bought in Japan. I ordered Taiyaki pan recently. As I have been doing, I will make Taiyaki by myself. Since it is homemade, you can put anything you like inside. Like bean paste, white bean paste, and green bean paste. All bean paste but of course there are other options like chocolate.
