Walnuts × Basque cheese cake｜胡桃入りチーズケーキの作り方
動画を見て頂いてありがとうございます。今回は、初めて料理動画を撮影してみました。今回のこの動画はPeaceful Cuisineと言うYouTube チャンネルのRyoyaさんの動画構成を参考にさせて頂いています。Ryoyaさんの動画では、その映像作品の制作過程や使っている機材なども紹介されていていつも凄く勉強になっています。ただ、如何に真似して作ろうともなかなかそう上手くいくものなどあらず（笑汗）僕の手元には一眼カメラや専用のマイクもありませんでした。これは全てコンデジで撮影し、音声もカメラ本体のものそのままです。このような環境でRyoyaさんのような映像美に近づけるにはどうしたらいいのか？編集もカメラ設定も独学で、なんとなく「こんな感じかな？」「音のノイズを軽減するにはどんな編集方法でカバーできるのか？」など試行錯誤で作ってみました。多くの映像制作系YouTuberの方の動画をむさぼるように見て参考にさせて頂いた事は言うまでもありません。これからも、少しづつ映像制作の形が自分のモノになるよう、楽しみながら創作活動をして来たいと思います。

Editing and camera settings were self-taught, and I tried to make it by trial and error, such as “Is it like this?” “What kind of editing method can be used to reduce sound noise?” Needless to say, I used it as a reference by watching the videos of many video production YouTubers as if they were devouring them. From now on, I would like to continue my creative activities while having fun so that the form of video production gradually becomes my own.

細かく刻んだくるみの食感がアクセントのバスクチーズケーキです。普通のチーズケーキに飽きてしまった方や何かアクセントの効いたチーズケーキを作ってみたい方は良かったら試してみて下さい。くるみは入れすぎ注意です！今回僕はちょっと入れすぎていましたが、半分くらいがよかったかなと思います！
