    Full Week of HEALTHY desserts ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿซ Let me know if you want any of the recipes and I’ll post them below!

    Monday: Chocolate-covered Bananas
    – 2 bananas cut into slices
    – 1c chocolate chips
    – 1tbsp coconut oil
    – line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave in 15 second increments, dip banana slices in chocolate and place on cookie sheet, freeze for 15+ min until chocolate is solid!

    Tuesday: Airfryer Cinnamon Apple
    – 1 apple
    – 2 tsp of coconut sugar (or to taste – can sub brown sugar here)
    – butter
    – pumpkin pie spice to taste
    – air fry at 340 for 12-17min depending on how soft you want your apple!
    – Top with vanilla ice cream

    Wednesday: Oatmeal Bake
    – 3 bananas
    – 1/2c pb
    – 2c oats
    – chocolate chips (measure with your heart)
    – Bake @350 for 20ish mins

    Thursday: Greek Yogurt Bark
    – spread greek yogurt over a parchment-lined baking sheet (I used vanilla siggis)
    – top with fruit of choice + granola
    – freeze until hard (about 20min)

    Friday: Chocolate Banana Cups!
    – 3 bananas
    – 1/3c of each: peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup
    – 1tsp baking powder
    – mix-ins of choice (I did chocolate chips and walnuts, but blueberries are also good!)
