Shino)Let’s go! The two are here at Asia-superstore. There are lots of items you don’t see at other supermarkets. Isn’t this fun? First thing they bought was Jasmine rice. It has a sweet sophisticated scent. Herbs are also commonly used in Thai food. Makes us feel excited just looking at all these different types of herbs. Shino)Let’s now start cooking Thai food!! I love it so much I can eat it every day. Shino)We will mainly be using Thai chicken thigh, holy basil and red pepper.
(For cooking ingredients, please check the summary section of the video) We will start with making the fried egg on the top of the Grapao rice. T : Heat on medium heat and fry until its edges are crispy. Tatsuya)It’s done when the edges get crispy. Season the Thai chicken thigh cut in 1cm cube with salt and pepper. Cook the garlic and red pepper with vegetable oil on low heat. Cook the chicken thigh on medium heat once you smell the aroma. 【A】
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of chicken stock soup

Once the color changes, add 【A】 Add onion, red paprika and yellow paprika and stir fry. Add holy basil and stir fry. Transfer the stir fry and the egg on the rice and it’s ready to serve. We’re done with Grapao rice!! If you’re not a fan of fish sauce, you can substitute soy sauce and mirin for it and turn it into a Japanese style Grapao rice. (For cooking ingredients, please check the summary section of the video) Cook Jasmine rice until it turns golden. Finely grind the rice. Add vegetable oil to the pan and fry the garlic and Thai ginger over low heat. Add minced chicken when you notice the aroma. Add chicken stock soup and boil down. Next, onion and red onion Add the finely grinded jasmine rice and stir fry. 【A】
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Small servings of PrikPon (Thai coarsely ground chili)

Add water and simmer for 5 minutes. Add Thai ginger, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass. Then add red and yellow paprika, Shimeji mushroom and mushroom. Then add sugar, lemon juice, fish sauce, chicken soup power and chili. And finally add coconut milk and boil down. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
