CHEESE LOAF RECIPE/チーズ食パン🧀【soft and fluffy milk loaf】
Hi, guys—!!! Thank you for popping in my kitchen☆ It’s cheese loaf!! Let’s see how it’s made XD In a bowl, add all dough ingredients except butter. When you add water/milk, please try to pour water/milk on dry yeast:) Mix with a rubber/wooden spatula or plastic scraper until combined. Turn the dough onto the flat surface. The dough is still sticky and loose. Make sure your hands are clean;) Knead with hands. Use the heels of your hands into the dough and push forward. Knead until your dough becomes smooth. This will take about 10 min. When the dough gets smooth, add butter. The butter should cut into small pieces. Knead again! The dough gets sticky because of butter. Don’t worry, continue kneading;) Developing the gluten in the dough. When the dough gets smooth and shiny, stop kneading:) Gently stretch the dough into thin. If you can stretch the dough without tearing, the gluten is well developed. Make the dough a beautiful ball. Put the dough back into a bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap. Rise in a warm place. (30-40℃ is recommended) Go check the Description for more details. Punch to get the air out! Turn the dough onto surface. Divide the dough into 3 pieces. Round them lightly. Cover the dough with a clean wet towel. Punch to get the air out. Spread the dough into a rectangle. Fold the two short ends of the rectangle in to meet each other. Make sure the seam side is facing up. Put 1/3 of your cheese on the dough. Roll up! Set aside. Grease a pan with baking oil spray. Transfer the dough into the pan. Space the dough pieces evenly. Cover the loaf with a clean wet towel or a plastic wrap. Rise in a warm place. (30-40℃ is recommended) Go check the Description for more details. Wow, looks nice! Brush with milk. Put shredded cheese on the top. Bake for 20min~ at 200℃/392°F, oven already preheated. If you slice the loaf, please cool it down at least 1hr. Listen to the crunchy sound XD Soft and fluffy!! INGREDIENTS (24W x 10D x 7.5H cm pan)
——dough——
・280g Bread Flour
・18g Granulated Sugar
・3g Salt
・4g Dry Yeast
・100g Water (Room temperature)
・95g Whole Milk (room temperature)
・20g Unsalted Butter
——topping——
・30g Natural Cheese
・30g Shredded Cheese
・1/2tbs Milk
材料 (縦10 x 横24 x 高7.5cm パウンド型)
——生地——
・強力粉 280g
・グラニュー糖 18g
・塩 3g
・ドライイースト 4g
・水 100g (室温に戻したもの)
・牛乳 95g (室温に戻したもの)
・無塩バター 20g
——トッピング——
・ナチュラルチーズ/プロセスチーズ 30g
・シュレッドチーズ 30g
・牛乳 大さじ1/2
1st rise for 40 min 〜 until doubled
2nd rise for 50min 〜 until the dough rise to pan hight
(Recommend 30-40℃/ room temperature is fine too)
Bake for 20-25 min at 200℃/392°F.
1次発酵 40分〜 約2倍になるまで
2次発酵 50分〜 型の高さまで膨らむまで
200℃に予熱したオーブンで20-25分
