[Recipe] Vegan cinnamon rolls くるみころころ! シナモンロール

A recipe for popular sweet buns, cinnamon rolls. The fluffy brioche bread dough is filled with cinnamon filling. Accented with fragrant roasted walnuts! If you make the dough the day before, it will grow into a delicious dough the next day 😊 On the baking day, what you need to do is roll out the dough, spread the filling, roll it up with the walnuts and then bake them! This is definitely my favourite sweet buns ☺️

Recipe 🐿️

Brioche dough
Strong bread flour 250g
Sugar 30g
Salt 4g
Dried yeast 3g
Plant-based milk 130g
Water 30g
Vegan Butter 60g

Filling
Vegan butter 40g
Sugar 60g
Cinnamon 3g

Roasted chopped Walnuts 30g

Icing
Powdered sugar 15g
Water about 5g

Bake at 190°C for about 13-15 minutes
