【Eggs’n Things】ふわ！もち！しっとり！エッグスシングスのパンケーキミックスで極厚3段パンケーキを作ってみた
エッグスシングスのパンケーキミックスを使って、厚みのあるパンケーキを作ってみました。
エッグスシングスのバターミルクパンケーキミックスは、お水だけで簡単につくれるのですが、仕上がりが薄めのタイプになります。
ホットケーキやスフレなどちょっと厚みのあるパンケーキも食べたくて、動画を作りました。
出来上がりは、どら焼きのような仕上がりでしたよ♪
Hawaii好き、パンケーキ好きの方、参考にしていただけたらと思っています。
そして・・・
まだパンケーキミックスが余っているので、「スフレ」や「究極のもっちり」を試したいと思っています。
材料
エッグスシングスのパンケーキミックス 54g
卵：2個
牛乳：大さじ1
片栗粉：小さじ1
レモン汁：数滴
サラダオイル：焼く時用

Eggs Things Buttermilk Pancake Mix is easy to make with just water, but it’s a lighter finish.
I made a video because I wanted to eat some thick pancakes such as hot cakes and souffles.
The result was like dorayaki ♪
