How to make Fluffy Chocolate Pancake – ふわふわチョコパンケーキ レシピ

Ingredients:
– 2 eggs (separate egg yolk and white)
– 40mL milk (any type including soy milk)
– 10g sugar
– 40g self-raising flour
– 5g cocoa powder
– Chocolate for filling

Recipe:
1. Separate egg white from yolk
2. Whisk 2 egg whites to create meringue. Add 10g sugar. Whisk until stiff peak forms.
3. Combine 2 egg yolks and 40mL milk well
4. Sift 40g self-raising flour and 5g cocoa powder and fold
5. Gently fold meringue into batter. Make sure you do not over mix it!
6. Pour batter onto pan preheated at 140℃. *Coat pan with butter if needed
7. Add chocolate to each pancake as much as you want. Cover it with rest of batter
8. Cook well for 5-7minutes on each side
9. Ready to enjoy!
