普段作る抹茶のふわふわパンです。
奮発していいお抹茶使いました、テヘペロ♪
なので、抹茶の香りと味と色味がとてもいいです。
がっ、もう季節もいよいよ深まり、午後2時を回ると太陽がオレンジ色になります。
(全体的に自然な色が出せない、、、あぁぁぁぁぁ。。。)
このちぎりパン、渋めなお味で抹茶好きさんにはぴったり!

【Ingredients】18cm square cake pan
★240g Bread flour
★8g Matcha
★30g Sugar
★3g Salt
185g Milk
3g Dry yeast
20g Unsalted butter(room temperature)
non melting powdered sugar

The best milk temperature for the dough: About 30℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 40℃ for winter.
【Directions】
①Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk.
②Combine milk, and dry yeast, then add it to ① and mix.
③Put it on the table and knead. (10mins)
④Add butter and knead more. (5mins)
⑤Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation)
⑥Degas the dough from ⑤, divide it into 16 pieces and make them round.
⑦Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins. (bench time)
⑧After resting, deflate with your hand, round and smooth the surface of the dough well, and firmly close the seam.
⑨Put them on the square pan.
⑩Cover them with plastic wrap or a wet cloth not to dry, leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation)
⑪Preheat the oven at 180℃, turn the degree down to 150℃ and bake them for 18 min.
⑫Remove from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool.
*Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest.
*When the dough is too moist and sticky, powder the dough a little.
【材料】18cm 角形
★強力粉 240g
★抹茶 8g
★砂糖 30g
★塩 3g
牛乳 185g
ドライイースト 3g
無塩バター(室温) 20g
溶けない粉糖
溶かしたマシュマロ

*牛乳の適温:
春・秋は、約30℃、夏は、約10℃、冬は約40℃です。
【作り方】
①★の材料をボウルに入れて泡だて器で混ぜる。
②牛乳にイーストを混ぜたものを①に加えて混ぜる。
③台の上に生地を取りだして、10分こねる。
④バターを加えてさらに5分ほどこねる。
⑤丸めてボウルに入れて、ラップなどを被せて大きさが約2倍になるまで暖かい場所に置いて一次発酵。
⑥生地のガス抜き後、16分割して、丸める。
⑦乾燥させないように濡れ布巾などを被せ、15分ベンチタイム。
⑧生地を丸めなおし、綴じ目は下にくるようにする。
⑨これをクッキングシートを敷いた型に並べる。
⑩ラップなどを被せて大きさが約2倍になるまで暖かい場所に置いて二次発酵。
茶こしで強力粉をふる。
⑪オーブンを180℃で予熱後に150℃に下げて18分焼く。
⑫焼きあがったら、型から取り出してワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。
*発酵中やベンチタイム、成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい。

Tried this earlier and turned out really soft, fluffy and has a really mild bitter taste of matcha, next time I'm going to make this.. I'm going to put white chocolate in the center of the bread would be really good I think.. I used instant yeast for this one.
I baked today and it came out soft and fluffy😀. I added icing sugar on TOP as my gal said is too plain
Thank you so much for the recipe and video! We are vegan, so I have changed the milk to soy milk, and the butter to coconut oil, the bread is still fluffy and soft =) But the dough is a little bit too wet.
The dough turned out super sticky. Guess in hot and humid countries we should reduce the milk and definitely not use cold one. Hope it turns out alright after proofing!

I just tried to make this. I am in North America I have made bread numerous times and this is the first time my bread didnt raise, also the cook time is too low. I have never seen bread bake at 300 degrees fahrenheit. Mine came out semi raw 🙁

Thank you to the creator for sharing your recipe. I tried it, and i'd give it 3/5 stars. Why? While the instructions in the video and description look simple, I encountered some challenges: "stickiness" and "wetness" with the dough after adding room temperature butter gradually. I didn't knead by hand, but used a stand mixer. If it's too sticky, kneading the dough longer helps to reduce the stickiness. Second, I followed the baking temperature instructions but my bread dough ended up undercooked. I've had better luck with other similar recipes on youtube.
