    – vegan butter, softened (75g | 1/3 cup)
    – sugar (100g | 1/2 cup)
    – pumpkin puree (300g | 1 1/4 cups)
    – vanilla extract (1 tsp)
    – flour (270g | 2 1/4 cups)
    – baking soda (1 tsp)
    – baking powder (1 tsp)
    – cinnamon (1/2 tsp)
    – pinch of salt

    Bake for about 15 mins at 175C/355F

    – butter, melted (1 tbsp)
    – maple syrup (2 tbsp)
    – powdered sugar (55g | 1/2 cup)
    – vanilla extract (1/2 tsp)
    – pinch of salt
