#memberdil 👩🍳 Ingredients:
🍉 5 packs (200 g x 5 = 1000 g) fresh cheese.
🍉 400 g (2 cups) granulated sugar.
🍉 500 ml. cream..
🍉 6 eggs.
🍉 Half a teaspoon of salt (30 gr).
🍉 1 heaping tablespoon of flour.
🍉 1 pack of vanilla.
…………
Preparation of:
💫 Mix 5 packs of İçim fresh cheese, 2 cups of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt with a mixer until smooth.
💫 Then, using a whisk, slowly beat 6 eggs into the mixture, one by one. 💫 After adding each egg, be sure to whisk until the eggs are mixed. It is important that the cream, eggs and fresh cheese are at room temperature. Otherwise, it may spoil when you put it in the oven.
💫 Add 500 milliliters of cream. Mix well with a whisk.
💫 Finally, sift 1 tablespoon of flour (30 g) and add it to the mixture. Mix well with mixer.
💫 Apply butter inside the rim of a 26 cm cake mold. This way, the wax paper will stick and settle more easily. Be sure to press the edges of the baking paper well so that there is no paper left in between after cooking.
💫 Pour it into the cake mold by straining it through a strainer to avoid lumps.
💫 Bake in the oven at 200°C for 35 minutes until golden brown.
💫 When the cheesecake is cooked, take it out of the oven. Leave it at room temperature for 3 hours. Then you can eat.
🍉 For the chocolate sauce:
💫 Milk chocolate 240 gr.
💫 Cream 600 gr
💫 Melt the chocolate and cream in a saucepan on the stove.
🍉 To decorate:
💫 Strawberry, orange, kiwi and peanut.
