Ingredients

2 large eggs 🥚

1 ripe avocado 🥑

2 slices of toast 🍞

1 tbsp butter 🧈

1/2 tsp salt 🧂

1/4 tsp black pepper 🌶️

1/4 tsp ground coriander 🌿

1/4 tsp Aleppo pepper (or chili flakes) 🌶️

Juice of 1/2 lemon 🍋

Instructions

1. Boil the Eggs:

Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.

Gently add eggs to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.

Remove eggs and place them on a towel to drain. Peel when cool.

2. Prepare the Avocado:

Slice the avocado in half, remove the seed, and scoop out the flesh.

Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.

3. Toast the Bread:

Place slices of bread in a hot skillet or toaster until golden brown on both sides.

4. Assemble the Toast:

Spread butter on the toasted bread.

Top with mashed avocado and season with salt, black pepper, coriander, and Aleppo pepper.

Slice the boiled eggs and layer them on top of the avocado.

5. Final Touches:

Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle additional salt and pepper.
