Vegan Chocolate Chip Scones

【Ingredients】
190g Cake flour
5g Baking powder
1/4tsp Salt
45g Oil
60g Soy milk
40g Maple syrup
50g Dark chocolate

【Directions】
1. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
2. Make dough rise for half an hour.
3. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and place them on a oven tray.
4. Bake at 356℉ for 20 minutes.

豆乳チョコチップスコーン

【材料】
薄力粉…190g
ベーキングパウダー…5g
塩…小さじ1/4
太白胡麻油…45g
豆乳…60g
メープルシロップ…40g
ブラックチョコ…50g

1. 材料を全て混ぜ合わせる。
2. 生地を作業台(まな板など)の上でこね、ラップをして30分常温で休ませる。
3. 生地を丸め直す。
4. 厚さ2cmに伸ばし、8等分する
5. 表面に豆乳(分量外)を塗り、180度のオーブンで20分焼く。
