Fondant au Chocolat
Filling for 6pcs. Frozen

Black Chocolate -70g.
Beaten egg -10g.
Heavy cream -40g.

Cake Batter for 6 muffin cups M size

Unsalted Butter – 100g.
Black chocolate – 80g.
Heavy cream – 20g.

Egg yolk -2pcs. L size
Granulated Sugar -15g.

Egg whites -2pcs. L size
Granulated Sugar – 25g.

Cake flour – 30g.
Cocoa powder – 10g.

You can serve this with wheap cream ,or vanilla ice cream on the side or just sprinkle with decoration sugar .
