This one bowl mix method of making this lovely cream cheese pound cake cuts through the hassle of creaming butter & sugar etc by stages. Everything is prepared in “one go” – and the result is the same as if you prepared it using traditional methods. If ever I had cravings for cake; this would be definitely top the list! 😋🍰 😋

4 oz butter
4 oz cream cheese (full fat)
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/4 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Well greased loaf pan
Pre heated oven at 170 deg Celsius
