Make Wine with Juice from Aldi! (Part 1) Wine Making Basics

2 Bottles Black Cherry Plum Juice (You won’t use all of it)
Granulated Sugar (enough to bring it up to 1.10 specific gravity)
1/3 tsp wine tannin
1/2 tsp pectic enzyme
1 tsp yeast nutrient

Mix juice and sugar in sterilized glass jug. Test specific gravity, the target is 1.100. You can add more sugar or more juice to achieve it. Add the remaining ingredients and put the air lock and bung in place. Sit on a lipped tray until the air lock shows no more activity.
