Preheat oven to 380 degree F (195 degree C)
Butter- 1/2 cup (115gms) room temperature
Granulated white sugar- 1/2 or 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract-1 teaspoon
Eggs- 2 (1 at a time)
Dry Ingredients-
All purpose flour-1 and 1/2 cup (200gms)
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Salt-optional
Zest of 1 Lemon and 2 Oranges
Milk-1/2 Cup or add more if required
Mix everything
Blueberries
Bake it for 40-45 minutes (depending on oven)
For Glaze- Add Sugar-2 Tbsp and Lemon/Orange Juice- 1 Tbsp and microwave it.
