Creamy Strawberry Banana Sago Smoothie 草莓香蕉西米奶昔
Makes about 3–4 servings

Ingredients:
• 4 frozen bananas
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
• 2–3 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
• Pinch of salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup cooked sago pearls (chilled)
• 1–1½ cups milk or plant milk (adjust for desired consistency)
• Optional: a few ice cubes for extra chill

Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, strawberries, honey, salt, vanilla, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Gently stir in the cooked, chilled sago pearls (or pulse just once or twice if you prefer them slightly mixed in).
3. Pour into glasses or bowls.
4. Top with extra strawberries, a drizzle of honey, or more sago if you like.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon or wide straw.

    A blender works as well
    Frozen berries 🍒 a little fruit punch with Vitamin C added two teaspoons of sugar
    Mixed Berry puree ice sorbet
    Unbelievably good and nutritious

  2. I learned that if you freeze the bananas and other fruits, it’ll make any desert less watery and more flavor.
    But for this desert I think the way you made it it’s just right.

  3. i'm not familiar with sago i don't think we have it in memphis
    but i can look around plus we have very limited asian cuizine market here so i've had to make equivalent substitutions but they have all workedso yeah i'll see if any place around here has any. Thank you again for your delightful recommendations
