How to make brown butter chocolate cookie | gluten free flour

50 g granulated sugar
30 g light brown sugar
30 g browned unsalted butter
55 g dark chocolate (melted)
50 g semi sweet chocochips (half fold in to the batter, half sprinkle on top)
1 egg (room temperature)
30 g gluten free flour
15 g cocoa powder (dutch processed)
5 drops vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

Chill the dough at least 1 hour.

Cream cheese filling :
60 g cream cheese
10 g granulated sugar
Chill in the fridge before using

Small batch|5-6 cookies (60g each)

Bake at 350°F/180°C for 12 minutes
