  1. Healthy Strawberries & Cream Overnight Oats😍 These overnight oats have a super creamy texture and fresh flavor😋 They are perfect for Valentine’s Day breakfast💗

    Ingredients:
    1/2 cup gluten-free oats (120 ml)
    1/2 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (120 ml)
    1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml) (or any milk you like)
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1/2 – 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    1/2 cup mashed strawberries (120 ml)*

    toppings:
    lactose-free Greek yogurt
    slices strawberries

    1. Mix all the ingredients together
    2. Let set in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight
    3. Add your toppings and enjoy!


    *If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, be sure to use less than 65g strawberries☺️
