1/2 tsp salt (2g)
6 tbsp ice cold water (90ml)

2 cups dark brown sugar (400g)
1/2 tsp salt (2g)
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract (7ml)
1/2 tbsp vinegar (7ml)
1 cup maple syrup (250ml)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted (112g)
4 large eggs
