Please subscribe to my channel Today I want to make tiramisu coffee jelly. This time I would like to make a very tasty cool treat that is a cross between coffee jelly and tiramisu. I’m going to make this sweet in a container with coffee jelly on the bottom and tiramisu on the top. The ingredients are easy to find and the process is very simple as all you have to do is chill it. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Cream cheese, cream, honey, sugar, instant coffee, hot water, milk, powdered gelatin, water, cocoa powder. Usually when we make tiramisu, we use mascarpone cheese, but this time I would like to make it easily with cream cheese. If you use cream cheese, it will be a little light, so add honey to give it a rich flavor. If honey is not allowed, or if you are not a fan of honey, you can substitute sugar for honey. In that case, please adjust the sweetness to your taste. Also, tiramisu is usually served with finger cookies, but in this case I did not add them because I put coffee jelly underneath, but if you want something with that texture, you can put sponge cake or something else inside. I will make it with these ingredients as soon as possible. Easy recipes at home Now let’s get to making it. I would like to start off by making coffee jelly. The first step in making coffee jelly is to soften this powdered gelatin with water. Add the gelatin powder and water to the bowl. Mix this lightly OK. Mix until it thickens a little. Let the gelatin sit until ready to use. Now, dissolve the instant coffee here. This time I want to make it in a Tupperware and let it solidify as it is. I’m going to make this one in a bowl, and then you can use a bat. Now going to put the instant coffee in here. And then add hot water. And mix well. If the instant coffee dissolves properly, it’s OK. Now going to add the gelatin that I’ve already blended. Now going to put it right here in here. And let’s dissolve the gelatin. Be sure to blanch the gelatin before adding it. Be careful not to add it in powder form, as it will leave a crumbly residue. If you soften it like this, it will blend in nicely in no time. OK. I think it would be a good idea to check for any remaining gelatin grains by scooping it out with a spoon or something like this. Then, please take off the heat and put it in the fridge to harden. Now let’s make the tiramisu dough. First, let’s put the cream cheese in a bowl. Going to put this cream cheese on now, but it’s hard right out of the refrigerator, so going to soften it by heating it in the microwave at 600W for 20 seconds. If the cream cheese has been brought to room temperature and is still soft, you can skip this step. Now let’s warm it up. I’ve warmed it up. Now I will knead this with a rubber spatula. Sew firmly until it becomes soft and creamy. If it is still a little stiff at this point, try heating it for an additional 10 seconds. Now it’s OK. Mix the mixture until it becomes this soft and creamy. Now add the sugar and the honey. And first, mix this with a rubber spatula. After you have mixed some of the mixture like this, now switch to a whisk and start mixing it with the whisk. OK. Mix thoroughly until the sugar is no longer tactile. Then it will become very smooth. Then once I do that, we’ll leave this one here. Easy recipes at home Now going to whip the cream. First, prepare the ice water and place the bowl on top of it. Put the whipped cream here. Whip the cream against the bowl while whipping. Whip the cream until it forms soft cubes, about 6 to 7 minutes. OK. It’s OK if it’s just enough to get soft angles. Now let’s put these two pieces of fabric together. First, going to put the cream in the cream cheese dough. And then mix it softly. It’s hard to mix if you put it in all at once, so blend it in a little bit at a time. Like this. Once it’s blended in like this, we’ll put it back in. And let’s mix it again. And finally add it all. Mix it all together again. And now it’s mixed. It is OK if it is mixed nicely and fluffy like this. Please have a taste once at this timing and adjust the sweetness here. If it’s not sweet enough, I hope you can adjust it by adding honey or sugar. Then the tiramisu batter is placed in a squeeze bag. Set the squeeze bag like this in a slightly vertical container. And put it in this. Now you’re ready for the tiramisu batter. This one should be refrigerated once until ready to use. Coffee jelly has set. Now let’s use a fork to make it crumbly. I can do it like this. Now let’s finish up. First I put the crushed coffee jelly into the container. It looks like this. Put it in about a little lower than halfway down the container. And here’s where you put the milk. And you can use about a teaspoon or so. And then squeeze in the tiramisu batter. And then, using a knife or something, prepare the surface. And that’s OK. Put it in a bowl like this. Now put the rest of the mixture in a bowl in the same way. Finished filling the containers. This time, the quantity will be enough for three 180mm containers.     手持ちのグラスで丁度いいかと思いましたが、サイズが全然違ったようで(確認不足💦)、倍量で作ったのに4個に全然足りず笑
    グラスの口ですり切れなかったのできれいに仕上げられませんでしたが、とても美味しかったです!
