[MUKBANG] Giant Chocolate Chip and Caramel with Vanilla Ice Cream 6286kcal |Yuka [Oogui]

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka So, Today!! tadaa I will be using a ‘Skillet cookie’ recipe to
make something yummy to eat today so a skillet, if you didn’t know, is a frypan like kitchen item
and its made of some sort of metal but I’ll be using an oven safe glass dish in place of a skillet
well it should be easier to see it with this don’t you think so I’ll use the dish and use the skillet recipe
the recipe I’ll be using today is to make a salty caramel chocolate chip cookie
just hearing the name you know its goona be so yummy! everyone… have you noticed? my hair color has gotten darker
yes, well I already told you guys about it on my second channel but I went and got my hair dyed … umm… I uhh feel like we already talked about this last month alrighty, lets get cookin’ butter set to room temp 200g, 160g sugar and 2 pinches of
salt and then mix… once its creamy add 2 eggs slowly 200g flour, 1tsp baking powder, and choco chips mix ok its jam packed with chocolate and looks so yummy
next we’ll make the caramel in cream add caramel melt in a microwave the caramel seems a bit thin so I’ll add some more to thicken when microwaving be careful to not let it boil over
I’m not going to lie, I let mine boil over for those who are actually making this the recipe for the caramel
is 50cc cream, bag of caramels adding them accordingly ok it will look something like this once it cools it will get thicker in the mold add half the cookie mixture once its spread then top with caramel then add the rest of the mixture ok I wanted this to look a bit better but it wouldn’t spread
so this was the best I could do bake at 180 degrees for about 15-25 minutes ok it looks like its done oooh looks so delish!
the caramel… is sizzling its a bit hot right now so I’ll let it cool for just a bit
omg that caramel aroma is intoxicating I’ll top it with some ice cream sprinkle a bit of salt on top tadaa the dish is complete!

I’ll use this on here as well its so soft in the middle
I hear that eating this half raw/not fully cooked is very yummy ok it looks like this mmm!! OMG
the caramel is nice and warm and the dough is so tasty and tastes like it just came out of the oven its so darn tasty
I can’t stop but…. its heavier than I thought it would be
but… I still can’t stop, won’t stop look at all this caramel would you look at this, can you see it?
its so darn yummy but… if you’re counting calories this dish …
its not for you 3 bags of caramels and 200cc of cream is in here the cookie is nice and crisp but is very soft and almost raw
its so warm and tasty this vanilla ice cream is a nice touch as well the parts with hot bits of cookie are so yummy caramel is so yummy I’ll try it with some whipped cream now ahaha its so much fun!! oh wow this is so handy and convenient mmmm!!!

(dairy.. I’m sorry for the dad joke) the whipped cream and ice cream’s sweetness mix
in this giving it a nicer mellow flavor, I can eat so much more now final mouthful itadakimasu gochisosamadeshita
O M G it was so sweet and heavenly but… the recipe didn’t state how many caramels were
needed here so …. I added a bit too much making for way more caramel than needed but I still added it to the
dish regardless. I believe you can get away with a third less caramel in this
and the original recipe called for refrigerating the whole dish and eating it cold but I ate it while it was still nice and warm
when you eat chocolate chips while they are hot like they were today kind of makes them less noticeable in the dish
if they were cold the choco chips would give it a crunch but I ate it while hot so it just turned into a chocolatey dough
don’t get me wrong it was yummy mmmm being able to eat an oven fresh cookie wtih
all that caramel was so wonderful to top it off there was so much of it to eat
the ice cream and whipped cream totally made it yummier it was so yummy and sweet it will definitely hit those cravings
