try this moist & heathy #bananabread ๐Ÿž๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒŸ *recipe in the description*

the next time someone tries to convince you that you don’t have to make banana bread every time you have overrided bananas block you don’t need that negativity in your life you do need to try this recipe out though because it’s been my all-time favorite breakfast since ages it’s super healthy comes together in one bowl it has no refined flour or processed sugar a lot of cinnamon though so if you’re as obsessed with cinnamon as me you’re going to love this recipe because I do a lot and it’s like my comfort breakfast during fall with a hot cup of coffee and an intense flavor of dark chocolate just the perfect combo and that is exactly why

LISTEN TO ME. PLEASE DONโ€™T THROW AWAY YOUR BANANAS.

    ingredients:
    โ–ก 2-3 bananas
    โ–ก 2 eggs *
    โ–ก 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    โ–ก 1/2 tsp baking soda
    โ–ก 1 cup oat flour **
โ–ก desired amount of rolled oats
โ–ก cinnamon (as much as your heart wants)
    โ–ก chia seeds
    โ–ก 2 tbsp honey

optional: add milk according to the consistency you want (more milk for a thin batter, no milk for a thicker bread)

mix all the ingredients in a bowl, pour it into a lined baking dish & top it off with your favourite toppings! (iโ€™m using dark chocolate here but you can experiment with walnuts, peanut butter or even banana slices)

put it in the oven for 30 mins on 180C

you can have it right away or even store it in the fridge as meal prep ๐Ÿ™‚

enjoy & lmk if you try! ๐Ÿค

    * add 1/2 cup yoghurt as alternative if you canโ€™t use eggs
** just grind your instant oats in a blender to make oat flour
