    15cm round chiffon cake pan

    Ingredients:

    Egg yolk ่›‹้ป„ 2 no.
    Corn oil ็މ็ฑณๆฒน 16g
    Silken tofu ่ฑ†่… 66g
    Soy milk ่ฑ†ๅฅถ 10g
    Cake flour ไฝŽ็ญ‹้ข็ฒ‰ 30g
    Matcha powder ๆŠน่Œถ็ฒ‰ 5g
    Baking powder ๆณกๆ‰“็ฒ‰ 1/4 tsp
    Egg white ่›‹็™ฝ 80g
    Sugar ็ ‚็ณ– 45g
    Sakura flowers 6 pieces ็›ๆธๆจฑ่Šฑ 6 ๆœต

    Bake at 180C for 25 – 30 minutes
