Ingredients:
Egg yolk ่้ป 2 no.
Corn oil ็็ฑณๆฒน 16g
Silken tofu ่ฑ่
66g
Soy milk ่ฑๅฅถ 10g
Cake flour ไฝ็ญ้ข็ฒ 30g
Matcha powder ๆน่ถ็ฒ 5g
Baking powder ๆณกๆ็ฒ 1/4 tsp
Egg white ่็ฝ 80g
Sugar ็ ็ณ 45g
Sakura flowers 6 pieces ็ๆธๆจฑ่ฑ 6 ๆต
Bake at 180C for 25 – 30 minutes
