Thanks for watching today, this is Miyu. Today we will eat a raw chocolate rice cake. As the name suggests, the raw chocolate rice cake is Daifuku with raw chocolate inside the chocolate rice cake! It’s a chocolate mochi made from cut rice cake, so it’s firm and delicious! My favorite texture of mochi is probably kirimochi. I thought I had eaten all of them, but there were still some cut rice cakes left over from New Year’s. I wanted to make a sweet treat using those mochi and I was wondering what to make The chocolate mochi that Maiko is making looks so good that I made one too. If you look at the cross section, you can see that it’s all raw chocolate inside! I tasted it with just the raw chocolate and it was so good it melted in my mouth right away! It’s a large size and contains 70g of fresh chocolate! This is a sweet that satisfies the best chocolate craving. Also, you can satisfy your craving for chewing. No matter where you eat it, it tastes like chocolate and is sticky! The drink is milk. The raw chocolate is rich with butter! Butter is like magic. The sweetness is not too sweet. The key to eating a lot of sweets is to make them less sweet! The raw chocolate is melting. The chocolate rice cake tastes so good because it was hot earlier! Only kirimochi can give you this sticky texture. Kirimochi becomes hard after a while, so you have to eat it as soon as it cools down a little, as daifuku. Maybe it’s because it’s freshly made that it tastes so good! Both the chocolate and the mochi are sticky. It’s like two mochi mixtures! Smooth and smooth raw chocolate mochi. Even if you eat it in big bites, there is a lot left over. You can nibble without thinking The chocolate used is milk chocolate. I like the richness of the milk chocolate the best. If you want it less sweet, you can make it with black chocolate. I used to post videos of strawberry chocolate daifuku in the winter. It tastes like that daifuku. This time it was more chunky with lots of raw chocolate! It’s so good you can eat it in one sitting! Now is hanami season and I would love to eat this mochi during hanami! When I am cherry blossom viewing, I can’t help but think of the phrase “dumplings over flowers” and eat something. We haven’t had hanami yet this year. I went there once, but it was not in full bloom. But I heard it is in bloom now, so I think I’ll go there with Momo (the dog)! I was expecting the rice cake to be hard at the end because it is a kirimochi (cut rice cake). But they keep soft and delicious! I found out that this Daifuku has a shelf life of 20 minutes. I used all the fresh chocolates I made, but I have leftover mochi, so I am looking forward to eating them. When you make Daifuku bigger, it looks like there is more inside than mochi.
