We use plenty of honey, fresh cream and butter from Hokkaido, and mix it with a paste made from rich Belgian chocolate and plenty of slightly milky chocolate chips🍫
The bread dough is made with flour blended with North American wheat, which is said to be the highest quality, and by using the Yudane method, the outside is crispy and the inside is moist and chewy🤤
We recommend eating it as it is when it is freshly baked, or lightly toasting it or spreading berry jam on it🍓
