3 ingredient berry frozen yogurt #shorts
this 3 ingredient berry frozen yogurt is dairy free and refined sugar free and can also be made with no added sweetener! i used blueberries, but feel free to use whatever berry you prefer.
ingredients:
•3 cups organic frozen berries (i used blueberries for this recipe)
•1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (i used dairy free yogurt)
•1-2 tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup (see notes below for other options)
instructions:
1. add the frozen berries, yogurt, and sweetener to a food processor (preferred) or blender and process until smooth and creamy.
2. taste the mixture and add in more yogurt or sweetener, if desired, then process to combine.
3. once nice and creamy, scoop and serve! if the mixture is too soft, place it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to harden up before scooping. enjoy!
notes:
•feel free to omit the natural sweetener if you prefer a more tangy frozen yogurt
•feel free to use a sugar free sweetener instead of the honey/maple syrup if you want (e.g. monk fruit or protein powder)
