Aunt Stella’s Chocolate chip cookie ステラおばさんのクッキー

Aunt Stella is the real-life aunt of Joseph Dunkle, the founder of the Aunt Stella Cookie Company. … In 1983, when her nephew Joseph opened up his first store of handmade cookies in Tokyo, Japan, he named it after Stella. Aunt Stella’s cookies made their Taiwan debut in 1989.

Ingredients for about 30 cookies
Salted butter- 85g
Brown sugar- 50g
Granulated sugar- 40g
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla oil
Chocolate chips -140g
Cake flour -130g
Baking soda 1/3 teaspoon(2.2g)

Preparation:
Bring the butter to room temperature. Sift the cake flour and baking soda together in advance.
Place a parchment on the baking sheet.

Instructions:

1. Knead butter into cream and add sugar and mix thoroughly.
2. Add eggs in 3 portions ,mix each time, add vanilla oil and mix until smooth.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix.
4. Add the cake flour and baking soda that have been sifted together, and mix gently.
5. Make the dough as flat and even as possible, wrap it in plastic wrap, or put it in a plastic bag and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
6. Cut the dough using a scraper to divide evenly. You can use a spoon with greased a little oil to roll the dough .
7. Arrange the rolled dough on a top plate with an oven sheet at intervals.
8. Bake in a 190 degrees for 10 minutes until browned golden. If you reverse the direction of the top plate on the way, you can bake evenly on the whole .
