CINNAMON ROLL SHAKE

1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup milk
40-50g banana
2 scoops of myprotein vanilla ice cream protein powder
1 tbs brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
15 ml cinnabon coffee creamer
15 ml maple syrup
6-8 ice cubes

* for more volume (&cals) to the shake, use 1/2 cup oats & 1 cup milk.*

Disclaimer: if you use more than 40-50g banana, it essentially turns into a banana shake. So just use caution, 40-50g can be less than 1/2 a banana.
