○つくり方
卵2個、グラニュー糖60g、米油大さじ2をまぜる
アーモンドプードル150g、ベーキングパウダー大さじ1/2を振るって入れ、混ぜる
15cm型に入れる
りんご半分を薄く切る
生地にりんごを差し込む
予熱後、180度60分焼く
一晩寝かせて完成!
グルテンフリーのレシピです。
グラニュー糖の量は甘さ控えめの量です。
米油をバターに変えても美味しそうです。
